VC, Mamokgethi Phakeng, recently announced that Dr Catherine Duggan has been appointed as the new director of the GSB, effective September 1, 2020.
Dr Duggan has extensive experience working in Africa, as well as with top global business schools. Prior to joining the African Leadership University School of Business (ALUSB) in Rwanda as vice dean for strategy and research, Dr Duggan served on the faculty of the Harvard Business School. As a celebrated academic, both in research and teaching, we are looking forward to Dr Duggan’s impact on the GSB.
