UCT Rises in Global Rankings to 112th place

The 2017 Best Global University rankings are out, and the University of Cape Town (UCT) has risen dramatically in rankings. With a leap of 50 places, the university is ranked 112th globally and 1st in Africa. Other South African universities have also moved up on the list.
